Welcome to a new level of Food School experience!
This Masterclass will be led by Chef Michael Thorpe, who has developed a custom menu for us based on what is local, fresh and showcases French culinary technique in an exciting but accessible way.
Like other Food School classes, participants will work in collaborative teams of 4 as they cook and eat together.
