Chef Michael Thorp is a classically French-trained Executive Chef based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Raised with agricultural roots on a Southern Illinois dairy farm, his culinary philosophy is built on a deep respect for regional terroir and the people who cultivate it. Specializing in Modern American cuisine, he blends classic European technique with modernist innovation. A recognized leader in his field, Chef Michael is a Best Chef Award recipient whose kitchens have earned celebrated Best Fine Dining accolades. Beyond his extensive work in high-level culinary consulting and concept design, he frequently participates in collaborative culinary projects on both local and
national levels, continuously pushing the boundaries of modern hospitality.
