Schnitzel - Breaded pork cutlets, pounded thin, deep fried and served with fresh lemon. Spaetzle - tiny dumplings (sometimes also described as very short egg noodles) are formed when a runny batter is forced through tiny holes into boiling water. Served with Austrian potato salad.

We are located in the same building as Danny's Italian. Suite #150 is down the other end, close to 4th. Free (and handicap accessible) parking is available in front of the building. Look for our signage!
What should I bring?
Bring your reusable water bottle, an appetite and an eagerness to learn! We will provide all ingredients and equipment (down to the aprons!)
