Bosnian pita is completely unlike the Greek pocket-bread you might know by this same name. While you can make pita with store bought phyllo dough, we'll be taking the traditional route. You'll learn how to mix, knead and stretch the oil-based dough across the table, stuff it with one of several available delicious filling options, then shape the pita and bake it. This versatile dish can be eaten by itself, or with several simple sides. We'll be serving it with a green salad and simple soup.
