About the event
What will we be doing?
It's time to prepare for Thanksgiving , and this class will jumpstart your holiday dessert preparations. That means you'll be learning pie crust technique from the Pie Queen herself. You'll also learn her recipe for famous Kentucky Pie (chocolate chip, burbon and pecan). Recipes available to take home at the end.
Do we get to eat and/or take things home?
This is a special skills class, so we will not be making a meal. You'll leave with two, 9" pie crusts that you can put in your freezer and use for Thanksgiving (or whenever you want) You'll also get to make and eat a mini KY pie right here as part of the class.
Do I need to bring anything?
A smile, and an eagerness to make yummy dessert together. And maybe a notebook.
