What will we be doing?
It's fall y'all! We're ready for apples! You'll be learning everything you need to make Brie's famous apple crumble from scratch. That means you'll be learning pie crust technique from the Pie Queen herself, as well as how to prepare the apple filling and the crumble topping. Recipes available to take home at the end.
Do we get to eat and/or take things home?
This is a special skills class, so we will not be making a full meal, but you will get amazing apple crumble, both to sample and take home.
Spoiler alert: There MIGHT be a cameo appearance of our neighborhood ice cream shop - Meltdown. Details to come.
